EcoGlanz Cleaning Services

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by EcoGlanz Cleaning, whose proprietor is Neo Zakariai, to clients. Special conditions deviating from these must be confirmed in writing.

Services
EcoGlanz offers cleaning services for homes and business clients. The type, scope, and duration of the service is agreed on before work begins. Other services can be added on agreement.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is required under the current price list or the individual offer. Payments must be paid unless otherwise agreed upon within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We can, at our discretion, charge up to 50% of the agreed price for late cancellations.

Liability
EcoGlanz is only responsible in the event of established gross negligence or intent. Liability is not assumed for damages resulting from force majeure, unforceable circumstances, or improper use on the part of the client.

Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours at the latest following the cleaning. Delayed-filed complaints cannot be acted upon. In the case of justified defects, a rework will be done free of charge.

Data Protection
Personal details are treated confidentially and used solely for contract execution. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction
Swiss law only applies. Jurisdiction is in Zurich.

Changes
These GTC can be amended by EcoGlanz at any time. The version in force at any given time is on our website and comes into effect from the date of publication.
